REIKI TRAINING
Reiki, meaning "universal life force energy", is a gentle but powerful healing modality that has its roots in ancient Buddhist teachings and as an esoteric Japanese practice that is now available for and accessible to all. In working with a person's energetic system, Reiki can clear and heal the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies, or layers of self. Reiki is a profound way to encounter oneself on the deepest level, calm and soothe stressed, frayed nervous systems, and gently release blockages that stand in the way of peace and health. Reiki promotes overall wellness both in the context of self-treatments and treatment of others, which is a beautiful way to share this loving energy. Reiki is not a religion, but a spiritual path that is non-denominational and can be learned by anyone.

With One New Thing a Day for 30 Days, the idea is to playfully and joyfully embark on an adventure of new beginnings. Often, when we decide to start something new, there is often a feeling of burden that immediately follows, coming from having to stick to a new habit you don't even know if you like. Here, you get to dabble, experiment and experience - with intention, of course! With my guidance, you will dip your toes into the waters of what is out there for you, in hopes of finding your bliss and reigniting your motivation to rediscover yourself and your passions!
What you'll get with this program:
The day's theme / activity, which will only take you a few minutes (unless you want to keep going!), and a nice, juicy explanation of its merits and joys.
• A fun and accessible tone and also, and great takeaways for deep dive reflection.
• A short mantra that helps strengthen your resolve to complete the day's activity.
• A fun image to inspire you.
• And lots, lots of encouragement!
How does it work?
It couldn't be easier.
I will email you every day for 30 days with that day's homework. There are 30 days plus one bonus day.
Of course, you can do this entire program in 31 days - great!
Or, you can consider program to be this self-paced. Do what feels right for you. You are in charge of your own beautiful life!
As for when it starts, be in touch - these will be running at the beginning of most months, so just check in to see when you can start!
What you'll need.
Basically, just yourself! Each day, there will be guidance with suggestions on multiple ways you can go about the homework depending on what you have at hand. I do highly recommend a journal, though! Your phone or computer can serve as well if need be, but I'm a huge fan reigniting the senses with pen and paper for reflection. Many of the activities involve reflection in one form or another, and I often recommend sitting or being in a safe, cozy and comfy space, so if it's available to you, creating a space that feels great for you - cushions, candles, an altar of some kind, that would be amazing. That said, the only thing you really need for this program is you - wonderful, curious, open-minded and open-hearted you!
How much does it cost?
$30 - one dollar a day (less if you count the bonus day!)
